Board of Trustees

The governing body of the corporation shall consist of a Board of Trustees of 18 members, all of whom shall be elected by the membership of the corporation. Each Trustee shall serve for a term of three (3) years, replacing those members whose terms expire at the respective annual meetings, or annually. Each Trustee shall serve for the term for which he/she is elected or chosen. The Board of Trustees shall have the authority to elect a replacement for any Trustee who dies or resigns while serving as such Trustee; said elected replacement to fulfill the unexpired term of the Trustee who has been replaced following which said replacement Trustee shall stand for re-election at the annual meeting of the corporation next following the expiration of said unexpired term.


The Board of Trustees shall have the control and management of the business, funds and property of the Foundation and without limiting the generality of the foregoing shall provide the the securing of funds for any and all activities of the Foundation; to establish endowments; to purchase land or erect buildings; to purchase equipment; to borrow money and encumber the real or personal property of the Foundation; to select and employ personnel and to do all such other things as may promote and unsure the successful operation of the Foundation.

Life Member
Life Members shall be those individuals who, not less than 60 days before the time set for any annual meeting of the corporation, have made a gift to the corporation of $100.00 or more. A couple or business may become life members by donating $150.00 or more to the corporation, not less than 60 days before the time set for any annual meeting of the corporation. Each Life Member shall be qualified to originate and take part in the discussion of any subject which may properly come before any meeting of the corporation, to vote on such subjects, and to hold any office to which he shall be elected or appointed.
All applications for Life Membership shall be submitted to and passed upon by the Board of Trustees whose action in accepting or rejecting the same shall be final.
